4" x 6" 6 Mil Cleanroom Poly Bags

These 4" x 6" 6 mil cleanroom poly bags are made for packaging parts that have to stay clean, from the clean room to your customer.

They're made in an ISO Class 4 cleanroom from ultra-pure resin, so the film starts out low in particles, with excellent clarity for inspecting parts and reading labels through the bag. The film is rated for gamma sterilization.

At 6 mil, this is our heaviest gauge, for sharp-edged, heavy or high-value parts and double bagging. The 4" x 6" size suits small parts such as fasteners, O-rings, vials, connectors and electronic components.

Sizing: the size is the outside width x length, open at the top. Pick a width at least the item's width plus its depth, and allow an inch or two of length to seal or fold.
