Why Combo Liners Matter

A combo liner creates a sanitary, moisture-resistant barrier inside bulk bins and combo boxes during meat and food processing, cold storage, and transport. A liner that fits poorly or tears under load weight isn't just an inconvenience — it can mean purge, blood, or moisture reaching the container itself, a real contamination and product-loss risk in meat and poultry operations.

Choosing the Right Gauge

Gauge (mil thickness) should match the weight and moisture content of what's going in the liner. Lighter, drier product can typically run a lighter gauge, while wet, heavy, or dense loads need a heavier gauge to resist punctures and tearing during filling and handling. If you're not sure what gauge fits your application, tell us your product and container and we'll help you spec it.

Blue for Food Safety Visibility

Our combo liners are available in blue or clear. Blue is the standard color choice in meat and poultry processing because it's a color that doesn't occur naturally in food — if a liner fragment ever ends up in product, it's far easier to spot during inspection than a clear or white fragment would be. Clear liners remain a good fit for general industrial and non-food bulk applications.
