Shipping Overview
Pioneer Poly Products ships throughout the contiguous United States.
Free ground shipping is provided on orders over $1,500 per ship-to destination.
Orders under $1,500 are subject to flat-rate shipping charges based on order value, calculated at checkout.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM local warehouse time may ship the following business day.
Typical transit time is 2–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier.
We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
Distribution Network
To ensure fast and cost-effective delivery, orders are fulfilled from strategically located U.S. distribution centers, including:
- Atlanta, GA
- Chicago, IL
- Dallas, TX
- Denver, CO
- Los Angeles, CA
- Philadelphia, PA
- Seattle, WA
Orders are generally shipped from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination whenever possible.
Orders containing multiple items may ship from more than one warehouse and may arrive in separate packages or shipments.
Warehouse pickup (Will Call) may be available at select locations upon request and confirmation.

Orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or LTL freight carrier, depending on order size, weight, and destination.
These rates are designed to approximate standard parcel and freight carrier costs.
Pioneer Poly Products reserves the right to adjust shipping charges in the event of significant carrier rate changes, dimensional weight discrepancies, or special delivery requirements.
Freight Terms
All shipments are FOB Origin (Shipping Point). Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer once the order leaves the warehouse.
Additional carrier charges may apply for:
- Liftgate service
- Residential delivery
- Inside delivery
- Limited-access locations
- Military or government facilities
- Address correction or reconsignment
If accessorial charges apply, we will notify you prior to shipment whenever possible. Some carrier-imposed fees may be invoiced after delivery if not known in advance.
Use of Customer Shipping Accounts
Customers may request to ship using their own parcel or freight carrier account.
To do so, select “Use Your Own Shipping Account” at checkout (if available) or provide carrier details in the order notes.
Orders using customer-arranged shipping will not ship until carrier details are confirmed.
When customer shipping accounts are used:
- All freight charges and accessorial fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Risk of loss transfers once the carrier takes possession
- Pioneer Poly Products is not responsible for carrier delays, damage claims, or billing disputes
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of receipt. Photographs may be required to process claims.
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier upon request. Our liability is limited to the amount recovered from the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Carrier-imposed fees resulting from incorrect addresses, reconsignment, redelivery, or refused shipments will be billed to the customer.
Backorders
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will notify you with updated lead times and available options.
