12" x 2150' 2 mil Pink Anti-Static Poly Tubing

This pink 12" x 2,150' 2 mil anti-static tubing roll is continuous anti-static poly bag stock for electronics: cut it to the length you need and seal one or both ends. At 2 mil, it's a general-purpose anti-static tubing for packaging PCBs, components and electronics to custom lengths.

The film is virgin LDPE with an antistatic agent built into the resin, tinted pink for easy identification. It's amine-free, so it won't attack polycarbonate parts or boards, and silicone-free. Per the manufacturer's data sheet, surface resistivity is about 10¹¹ ohms per square and static decay is under 0.25 seconds (tested at 20% relative humidity, 70°F). It complies with RoHS 3, REACH and California Prop 65, and with FDA 21 CFR 177.1520. One 2,150' roll makes about 2,150 bags 12" long, or 1,075 bags 24" long.

Sizing: 12" is the flat width of the tube, so the finished bag is 12" wide and as long as you cut it. For boards and thicker parts, choose a width of at least the part's width plus its thickness.

Anti-static, not shielding: pink anti-static film keeps the bag itself from building up a static charge. It does not block an outside electrostatic discharge the way a Faraday cage does. For the most sensitive components, use static shielding bags.
